1. General By accessing and using vapeworx.ie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Age Restriction You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Vapeworx. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the customer is under 18.

3. Products All products sold on vapeworx.ie are intended for adult use only. Our products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. They are not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or persons with heart conditions.

4. Orders & Pricing All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Shipping Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Same-day dispatch applies to orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vapeworx shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
